Canadian songbird Nicole Lisa Craig (formerly Nicole Coward) has a deep love for the music of the 60s and 70s, and artists like Joan Baez, Gordon Lightfoot and Joni Mitchell. Nicole studied classical music, and performed with symphony orchestras and bands on French horn and flute before taking up the acoustic guitar. She released her third album “Lift” under her former stage name of Nicole Coward in 2017, a beautiful recording that blends the emotion and dynamics of classical music with the storytelling of folk on a selection of her own songs and some well-chosen covers.
